Please review, complete, and submit the forms listed below. The Agreement and Code of Conduct should be reviewed with your child. Players will not be allowed to participate with Tiburones Baseball until all forms are submitted.

Annual Agreement, Disclaimer and Code of Conduct - Parents/Guardians must review, accept, and digitally sign.
Parents are NOT to talk to coaches right after the game. We have a 24 hour rule. This rule is outlined in the player agreement/Code of Conduct.
