Our Winter Camp is designed for players who want to stay game-ready in the off season. This camp focuses on fundamentals, advanced techniques, and keeping players conditioned during the winter months.
Athletes will receive hands-on coaching covering:
Hitting mechanics & power development
Defensive drills & position-specific training
Speed, agility, and strength conditioning
Game IQ, strategy, and mental toughness
Winter Camp starts the first week of November and goes until the end of February.
Camp is twice a week at the following days/times:
Wednesday:
7-9 years old: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
10-12 years old: 5:30pm - 7:00pm
13-14 years old: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
15-18 years old: 8:30pm - 9:30pm
and
Friday:
7-9 years old: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
10-12 years old: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
13-14 years old: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
15-18 years old: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
